Handling three people at once
Give each conversation window a note with the name, the order number and the gist. Switch windows and the note switches too. No more scanning one long notepad for the line that belonged to this person.
Free for Windows
You are handling three people at once. The window keeps changing; your notepad does not. While you work out which line belonged to whom, the customer waits. WindowPin attaches notes to each conversation window, so while you are looking at that window you see only that customer’s notes.
No installer · a single executable · touches nothing in the registry · v2.5.0
Give each conversation window a note with the name, the order number and the gist. Switch windows and the note switches too. No more scanning one long notepad for the line that belonged to this person.
Leave the history and what you already tried on that window as a checklist. The handover lives on screen instead of in a spoken summary, so whoever picks it up does not start from the beginning.
Keep your common replies and the refund-policy summary pinned to the manual window. Bring that window up and copy straight from it.
Does customer information go to a server?
No. Notes are stored on this PC only. What reaches a server is the language, the app version, the OS and one random number created at install — and switching it off in Settings means the app contacts nothing at all.
Does it work if our helpdesk is a web app?
If it is a window, it works. Browser windows, in-house applications and remote sessions all attach the same way.
