One question in, and you have lost your place

While you teach, the slides, the video call, the chat and a live demo are all open. Answer one question and the thread of where you were — and what you promised to show next — goes thin. Bringing the outline back up shares it with the whole class. WindowPin keeps the running order pinned to a window, and you decide which window that is.

Keeping the running order in front of you

Make today’s sequence a checklist note beside the meeting window. Tick each item off and the remaining time and material are easy to judge at a glance.

Keeping it out of the shared view

If you share a single window, pin the note to a different one or park it outside the shared area. The note tracks its window, so you do not reposition it every session.

Collecting questions to answer later

Write questions from the chat straight into a note as they come in, then clear them one by one at the end. Nothing gets dropped.

Frequently asked questions

Do notes end up in the recording?

If you record the whole screen, yes, exactly as you see them. If you share or record a single window, notes outside that window are not captured.

Can I run it on a school or campus PC?

There is no installer. It runs as a single executable and does not write to the registry.
